Weight Management

We offer comprehensive and customized weight management services, including medical weight loss (injections and oral medications), natural protocols including supplements and functional nutrition coaching, or a blend of the two. We offer various membership packages to include as much (or as little) health coaching and support as you need throughout your weight loss journey. We recommend that education and lifestyle modifications occur simultaneously during the active weight loss phase in order to reduce the need for medications and/or strict diets long-term.

Gut Health, Functional Medicine & Nutrition

We offer comprehensive gut health assessment followed by a custom protocol tailored to your symptoms and advanced stool testing results (testing is recommended to optimize results but not mandatory).

We also offer various functional (root cause) medicine services including a variety of advanced labs, to uncover the root cause of symptoms. If you aren’t feeling your best but your providers keep telling you that your labs and exam are “normal,” we can help!

Cardiometabolic Health

We offer assessment of risk factors for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome, including use of advanced lab work. We incorporate lifestyle modifications (nutrition, exercise, custom supplement protocols and/or medications) to stabilize or reverse identified health risks and reduce future risk of cardiometabolic diseases.

We also work with clients with previously diagnosed high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes/prediabetes to reduce or eliminate medications.
