What states do you service?

We offer telehealth visits to residents of MA, NH, CO, OR, and WA.

How do I schedule a consultation?

Online booking is available on the Booking page. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please feel free to email us for assistance with booking.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a cash-pay only practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to offer extended visits and provide more comprehensive care to each client. Some bloodwork may be covered by insurance; however, most advanced lab testing (including stool testing) is not covered by the majority of insurance providers. You are welcome to request a superbill if you would like to contact your insurance to see if they will reimburse for any services.

Do you offer in-person visits?

At this time we only offer telehealth visits.

Do you offer primary care services?

We do not offer primary care, and our services do not replace having a primary care provider. We recommend that all clients continue to follow up with their primary care provider on a regular basis (at least annually or as suggested by your provider) for preventative and more urgent healthcare needs.

Do you offer asynchronous care?

All clients have unlimited asynchronous messaging with the practitioner included in their membership plans.

We do offer asynchronous-only care based on patient preference and provider discretion for Medical Weight Loss and Gut Health services only. This entails filling out intake forms both initially and at set intervals and receiving care recommendations via written instruction, and asynchronous messaging instead of a video visit.
