Option 1:

Membership without Insurance (Compounded Medication)

~ Injectable Medications: $279-499/month* (depending on medication selected/dosage)

~ Oral medications: $109-349/month* (depending on medication selected/dosage)

Option 2:

Membership with Insurance-Covered Medication

~ Injectable Medications: $109/month**

~ Oral Medications: $89/month**
